We have a signed research agreement with an advanced material and energy research center of a leading Japanese Automotive OEM for their work on bioleaching using natural microorganisms to leach Cu out of smelter slag. Our pilot project, which includes our IP (enzymatic depolymerization of PVC), is funded by them. They have the option to license if they want to take it to market.

Recover copper from slags.
Investment of approx. $1.8M, with an expected NPV of $9M.
Traditionally, this leftover copper was not profitable to recover.
This plant is a substantial de-escalation of risk to our investors because our technology takes place on a real mining scale.

For recovery of silver (10-20 grams per metric ton) and gold (1 gram per metric ton) from one of the largest gold mines in Chile.
The tailings exceed 123 million metric tons, with an expected recovery rate of around 80%.
We will process 100,000 metric tons per month, with a processed value of approximately $2.5 billion.
The expected NPV for this project is around $20M.
